Strengthening language maintenance through cooperative training strategies

There is a conference coming up in Melbourne with the title ‘Strengthening language maintenance through cooperative training strategies’. The programme looks really interesting, especially for us students as there is some great linguists attending to talk about linguistic training at universities. Unfortunately registration for the conference has already closed but if anyone that reads this attends it we would really like to hear from you! You can find out more here.

Also I just found out that the University of Sydney offers a Masters of Indigenous languages education that is available to Indigenous Australian candidates. The degree starts off with the graduate certificate then a diploma and the option to complete masters afterwards. It looks like a really great course and we would love to hear from anyone that has attended it and hear about their experiences.
